The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Udayana University Organizes 2022 Closing Events and 2023 Plans
The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University (FVM UNUD) held a closing ceremony for 2022 and plans for 2023 on Wednesday, 28 December 2022 in the meeting room on the 1st floor of the FVM UNUD Building. The event included the presentation of quality documents, work plans for 2023 and farewell to retired education staff. This year's closing event was attended by the Dean, Vice Dean for Academic and Planning, Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Coordinators, Lecturers, and Education Staff at the FVM UNUD.
The event closed in 2022 and plans for 2023 were opened directly by the Dean of FVM UNUD, Prof. Dr. drh. I Nyoman Suartha, M.Sc.. The Dean would like to thank you very much for the attention and hard work during 2022 and it is hoped that this will continue and improve in the future. The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University, has achieved many achievements in the past year, starting from academics, facilities and collaboration.
The next agenda was continued with a presentation of achievements by Dr. drh. I Gusti Ngurah Sudisma, M.Sc. as Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning FVM UNUD. At present, FVM UNUD has successfully carried out completing targets in the academic and planning fields which include Planning and Development Meetings, Student Competency Examinations for Veterinary Professional Program Students, Internal Quality Assurance System Strengthening, Vision Mission Goals, Development Master Plans, Curriculum, Semester Learning Plans, Monitoring and Evaluation of Learning, Research and Community Service Road Map, Compilation of Thesis Guidelines Standards, Laboratory Operational Standards, Development of Research and Community Service Integration, Grants of Textbooks and Modules, Research and Publication Grants, Community Service Grants, Fostered Villages and Teaching Farm, Development of Clinical Facilities and Internships, Benchmarking Strengthening of Quality and Internationalization, Public Lectures and Expert Lectures, Annual Evaluation of Faculty Performance Criteria, Preparation of Academic Guidelines and Periodic Evaluation, Proposals for Doctoral Study Programs, Planning for Building New Buildings, and Planning for Development and Administration Animal Hospital building and Teaching Farm. This achievement would not have been realized without the cooperation of each team of lecturers and teaching staff of FVM UNUD, said Dr. Sudisma. The agenda was resumed by the Dean by conveying and explaining his future direction for FVM UNUD, especially for 2023. Next year FVM UNUD must be ready with the new status of Udayana University which will switch to a Legal Entity State University.
The agenda turned to the farewell of retired education staff. This time there are two education staff who will retire, namely Mr. Drs. I Ketut Ketut Ardana, M.M. as the Head of Administration and Mr. I Nyoman Royong as the educational staff of FVM UNUD. Drs. Ardana would like to thank all parties for their togetherness, assistance and cooperation while serving in the FVM UNUD. The closing ceremony for 2022 and plans for 2023 ended with the exchange of gifts by all attendees and a warm welcome. The event took place smoothly and was full of benefits, both personally for the academic community and the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University.
