This activity was carried out with the aim of adding a little bit of new knowledge about the health of families and their pets in the first year, because during this period, which is the most crucial phase, pets are easily infected with diseases that can be transmitted to humans or their owners.

"Minpro P-LO has actually facilitated students, especially students who later want to go into the field of professional or clinical practice. Having a seminar in collaboration with Royal Canin can also strengthen cooperation between Royal Canin and students and faculties to facilitate and provide broader knowledge about pets”, said Mr. Dr. drh. I Gusti Ngurah Sudisma, M.Si as Vice Dean of the Academic and Planning Section of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University in his speech.

Overall, the beginning of life for pets is the most crucial phase, where in this phase pets are usually more susceptible to disease because their immune systems are not working optimally. Many diseases attack pets early in life, one of which is leptospirosis. Therefore it is recommended that at the beginning of life routine vaccination is recommended so that the immune system is formed to be optimal.

The presentation of material by the resource person went smoothly and it is hoped that the participants will gain knowledge and be able to apply it in everyday life. It didn't stop there, the enthusiasm of the participants was also seen during the discussion sessions and games sessions which of course had prizes.
