Starting the collaboration, PT Rhea Natural Science funded the thesis research of 8 FVM UNUD students.

Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FVM) Udayana University held a guest lecture from PT Rhea Natural Science which was given by Mr. Rajeev Kumar Jha who is the Research Project Coordinator of PT Rhea Natural Science (RNS) (2/11/2022). The guest lectures this time is entitled "Benefits of Essential Oil in Health Maintenance of Animals (Focus on Pigs and Chickens)". This event was held in the 1st floor meeting room of the Udayana University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Building, Jl. Sudirman Denpasar. This activity was attended by the Dean of FVM, Deputy Dean for academics, Deputy Dean of General Affairs and Finance, Coordinator of the Information and Cooperation Management Unit, Head of the FVM Cooperation Team, Lecturers and Students from FVM and Faculty of Husbandry.

The activity began with an opening by the Deputy Dean for academic planning Dr. drh. I Gusti Ngurah Sudisma, M.Si. Dr. Sudisma expressed his gratitude and welcome to Mr. Rajeev as the speaker. This activity is part of the collaboration between FVM Unud and PT RNS. Dr. Rajeev as the Research Project Coordinator delivered a presentation on the role of essential oil in the livestock sector, especially poultry and pig farming. Speaker Mr. Rajeev Kumar Jha, Ph.D stated that PT Rhea Natural Science opened opportunities for lecturers and students to conduct research on the use of PT Rhea Natural research products, namely Natural Guard for chickens and pigs.




PT. Rhea Natural Science is a company engaged in the veterinary drug industry. PT RNS' superior product is Natural guard which is useful for improving the immune system. PT Rhea collaborated with FVM Udayana to research the benefits of natural guard for the health performance of broiler chickens and pigs by involving 8 students who would do their final research or thesis.

It is hoped that this collaboration in the field of research in the field of natural animal drugs will provide benefits in the form of a database for PT NRS in supporting product promotion. While the benefits for Udayana Faculty of Medicine are for the implementation of higher education tri dharma in research and community service. for Faculty and Partners. Drh. I Made Merdana, MP. As the head of the Unud FVM Cooperation Team said that this collaboration in the research field was expected to provide mutual benefits for both parties so that it could continue. Furthermore, Dr. Merdana said that this guest lecture was the beginning of the implementation of Cooperation in the Education Sector, and would continue with research.
