Socialization of the Dean's Work Program 2021-2025 Faculty of Veterinary Medicine UNUD and Family Events Entering 2022

Wednesday 12 January 2022 - The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University (FKH Unud) held a Socialization of the Dean's Work Program for the 2021-2025 Period, and also a family event entering 2022, on Tuesday (11/1/2022).  This good step was taken by Prof.  Dr.  drh.  I Nyoman Suartha, M.Si, and also attended by the Deputy Deans as new leaders.  The activity, which took place in the 1st Floor Meeting Room, FKH Building, Sudirman Unud Campus, was attended by study program coordinators, all lecturers, education staff and also student representatives.

The event began with singing the National Anthem of Indonesia Raya followed by a prayer together.  In his speech Prof.  Suartha expressed his gratitude for the health of the Unud FKH community, and invited them to continue to take care of each other's health.  This socialization  is seen as very basic for  the success  of future work programs with the hope that FKH  U  nud can grow well  , improve and continue  .  For this reason, it is hoped that all members  of the community can  play an active role in accordance with their respective roles, and make the  FKH campus  a  second home that is able to provide protection and a place to build a  happy and happy family. happy  .

"The Dean's Work Program 2021-2025 is titled Strengthening Academic Quality Culture for Qualified Graduates.  This program is an elaboration of the Unud Rector's work contract with the Dean of FKH, which refers to the Rector's work contract with Dikti, according to the direction and policies of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, and the Unud Strategic Plan and the FKH Strategic Plan.  That this Work Program has fulfilled the 8 Main Performance Indicators of State Universities (IKU PTN) ", said Prof. Suartha, Tuesday (11/1/2022).

More Prof.  Suartha explained that the KPI includes efforts to improve the quality of graduates, improve the quality of lecturers, and improve the quality of higher education curriculum and learning.  This Work Program is an effort to realize the Vision of FKH Unud to produce "Qualified Graduates" and realize the FKH Strategic Plan to achieve "Excellent Accreditation" in 2024.

There are at least 53 Dean's Work Programs for the 2021-2024 Period which are described, which in its implementation will be delegated to the Main Duties and Functions of the Deputy Deans as the person in charge of activities.

The Dean's Work Program which is the main task  of the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information,  Dr.  drh.  I Wayan Sudira, M.Si includes  :

Selection of student interest at the beginning of entering FKH, to be directed at UKM and PKM
Strengthening student SMEs for student PKM assistance (Lecturer PKM Team)
Students/SMEs are encouraged to develop their own creativity (participate in national competitions)
Management of online student services such as thesis guidance cards, seminars, and exams
Continuous and follow-up tracer study (Team)
Strengthening student administration at PD DIKTI
Strengthening collaboration/collaboration of research and service with partners (Private, Local Government, Alumni)
Strengthening social and KKV as community service by students (supporting IKU/accreditation)

The socialization agenda was also coupled with a family event to welcome 2022. The event was led by the Deputy Dean  for General Affairs and Finance, Dr.  Heryani aims for  familiarity between the civitas, so that a sense of togetherness is established to jointly build a  better  FKH in the future  .

The event was simple, and full of joy by exchanging gifts for the entire FKH Unud community.  On this occasion, there was also a ceremony to hand over a memeto from the FKH's Joy and Grief to the lecturer Drh.  Mas Djoko Rudyanto, M.Kes who has retired (MM).
