Evaluation of Unit Activities, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University Held a Budget Coordination Meeting for the Second Quarter of 2022


The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FVM), Udayana University held a budget coordination meeting for the second quarter (SQ) of 2022. Located in the 1st floor meeting room of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University Denpasar, Monday, June 6, 2022. This coordination meeting was attended by the Dean, Vice Deans, Study Program Coordinators, Coordinators Units, Head of Administration, Sub-Coordinators, Treasurers and Supporters of PPK in FVM Unud.

 


This coordination meeting activity discussed budget absorption in the second quarter of 2022. The activity began with remarks from the Dean of FVM Prof. Dr. drh. I Nyoman Suartha, M.Si. he said that this coordination meeting was very important, considering that June is the last month of budget execution for SQ activities. Furthermore, Prof. Suartha added for parties who have activities in SQ to immediately implement them in July. The agenda was then continued with the coordination of each unit regarding the activities scheduled for SQ 2022. The Head of the Learning Development and Quality Assurance Unit of FVM Unud Dr. drh. Ni Nyoman Werdi Susari M.Si said that there are two agendas from LDQA which will be held this June, namely the Preparation of the Master Plan for the Development of FVM Unud and the Vision and Mission of the Faculty. Furthermore, the Coordinator of the Veterinary Professional Study Program, Prof. Dr. drh. I Made Dwinata M.Kes, added that DVM Programe will hold a Workshop on the preparation of Curriculum and Academic Guidelines this June.

 


In addition to the delivery of activities by each unit. A coordination meeting was also held to prepare for the Accreditation of the Veterinary Medicine Master's Degree Study Program FVM Unud. This relates to the release of a field assessment visitation schedule for the Accreditation of Master Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Unud by Lam PTKES. On this occasion Prof. Dr. drh. Tjok Gde Oka Pemayun, MS, as the Co-Prodi of S2 Veterinary Medicine FVM Unud conveyed the Accreditation process that had been going on until now. "With the emergence of the field assessment schedule, we must prepare it as well as possible," said Prof. Tjok. This coordination meeting was closed with the determination of the field assessment committee and the job desks of each committee.
