Celebrating Anniversary, FVM Unud Also Holds the Grand Final of Jegeg Bagus
The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FVM) Udayana University (Unud) held the peak celebration of the 26th Anniversary (HUT) and the 40th Veterinary Medicine Family Agency (BKKH). This year is the first time that the 26th FVM and 40th BKKH Anniversary celebrations will be held in the courtyard of the FVM Unud Deanery, Jimbaran Campus, on Friday (10/11/2023). This year's BKKH celebration has the theme "Renjana Sahitya Sandyakala” which has the meaning of always being blessed to move better to the next stage with pleasant and comfortable solidarity or harmony.
The peak of the BKKH festival is held for one day in conjunction withgrand final Jegeg Bagus FVM Unud 2023 which was held in the afternoon. Prior to the peak day activities of the 26th FVM and 40th BKKH anniversaries, community service was also carried out in Nusa Penida, Klungkung Regency, namely PMK vaccination for local community cattle, as well as guest public lectures held by lecturers and the core committee of students.
The FVM Unud academic community has gathered to register first and immediately collect couponsdoor prizesOf registration place. The agenda continued with aerobic exercise by the entire academic community in the yard of the FVM Udayana Jimbaran dean, guided by an exercise guide.
Students and lecturers were very enthusiastic about taking part in aerobic exercise which lasted for 30 minutes. The activity continued with cleaning the FVM Jimbaran dean area by all the students who were very enthusiastic and worked together to clean the dean area. Then a prayer was held and the event was opened by MC Adi Putra and Gabriella Panyuwa. A video at a glance of the FVM-40 Anniversary was also shown by representatives of the leadership of 12 Faculties and their staff.
The event was enlivened with messages and birthday greetings from the community of all generations. With performances from talents who are also active FVM students and lecturers who also enlivened the event by performing several songs which made the academic community feel the euphoria of the event in the morning. Until they arrived at the peak of the event after having lunch together. The peak event of the 26th FVM and 40th BKKH Anniversary was attended by the deputy chancellor I, deputy chancellor II, deputy chancellor III, deputy chancellor IV Unud, the deans in the Unud environment, ParaStakeholders FVM Unud and the FVM Unud Academic Community.
Report and remarks from the chairman of the committee, Drh. Luh Made Sudimartini M.Sc said that the BKKH celebration aims to unite the veterinary family from new students to alumni and lecturers in a new place, namely the FVM Jimbaran dean.
Then there were remarks by the Chair of BEM FVM Unud Alvin Limanto, followed by remarks by the Dean of FVM Unud Prof. I Nyoman Suartha, M.Sc. In his speech he conveyed birthday greetings to FVM Unud, and expressed his thanks for the completion of road repairs to the FVM Unud Dean's campus, he also conveyed his best wishes for FVM Unud, both in terms of comfortable lecture buildings and construction.Shelter as a shelter for stray dogs and a learning facility for FVM students. The event then continued with remarks from the Deputy Chancellor I of Unud, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Gede Rai Maya Temaja, M.P., IPU. The peak of the activity continued with cutting the tumpeng which was carried out jointly by the Deputy Chancellor of Udayana University, the Dean along with the Deputy Deans of FVM and the Deans of FVM from previous periods. The event continued with the signing of the Partner MoU and awardsCity Award and continued with a family event until the closing.
The event was again prepared for the agenda grand final Jegeg Bagus Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Unud in 2023, which was held and opened at 16.30 by MC Sri Astuti and Putra Wiguna Arya. Followed by remarks and reports from the chief executive Amasya Chikita, the next speech was by Anom Ksatriya as chairman of the Jegeg Bagus Veterinary Medicine association, Unud, followed by remarks by the chairman of BEM FVM Unud Alvin Limanto.
The final speech was delivered by Deputy Dean III Dr. Drh. I Wayan Sudira M, Si. as well as opening the grand final event Jegeg Bagus Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Unud 2023. Deputy Dean III in his speech said that the FVM Unud students who took part in the JBKH selection event were extraordinary students, because they were brave and confident in showing their abilities well in the field academic and non-academic. He hopes that in the future JBKH will showcase students who have extraordinary soft skills. The event then continued with introductions and reading of the jury's CVs and continued opening dance by 6 pairs of Jegeg Bagus Faculty of Veterinary Medicine finalists, Unud 2023.
The six finalists then gave speeches and opening numbers, and continued with the question and answer round by all the finalists. The event was also filled with performances by active female students from the class of 2023, performing several songs and dancing tube entertainment to fill the event while the jury discussed the announcement of the top 3 finalists.
After the announcement of the top 3, there was another question and answer round which was directly asked by the jury. The event continued with a parade of invitations from good faculty at Udayana University. Jegeg Bagus Veterinary Medicine in 2022, namely Jegeg Indira Laksmi and Bagus Oki Tanaya implemented last speech and last walk before stepped down and handed over the position to Jegeg and Bagus Veterinary Medicine in 2023. Next was a parade of the top three finalists for Jegeg and Bagus Veterinary Medicine 2023 as well as the inauguration of the finalists for Jegeg and Bagus Veterinary Medicine 2023. Followed by a reading of the attribute winners including the favorite champion won by Jegeg Kieky and Bagus Harismawan, intelligence champion won by Jegeg Claudya and Bagus Harismawan, talented champion won by Jegeg Dayu Cintya and Bagus Febrian, championphotogenic directed by Bagus Leo Dinata and Jegeg Cantika. And ended with the announcement of Runner Up II which was achieved by Jegeg Dayu Cintya and Bagus Romy Andika & Runner Up I achieved by Jegeg Cantika and Bagus Febrian andWinner 2023 achieved by Jegeg Gabriella and Bagus Harismawan who immediately did itfirst walk to become the 2023 Veterinary Medicine.
At the end of the event after it ends grand final Jegeg and Bagus Veterinary Medicine 2023, the academic community gathered again to watch guest star from Not So Koplo. Several songs were performed and the event was lively but still in a conducive condition. The event was really enjoyed by all members of the community until the activity was finished.

“The peak day of the 40th BKKH, and the JBKH 2023 Grand Final were events that made me quite amazed. The event is quite interesting, interactive, and out of the box. "Congratulations to BKKH XL and happy birthday also to FVM UNUD," said Audriel Lydia Hosana Nainggolan as one of the members of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University. He said that in the future FVM could become a faculty to be proud of, and even better in terms of quality.
