Udayana University's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Strengthens Integrity Zone, Advances Toward Corruption-Free Status Through Six Areas of Transformation

DENPASAR, 02 March 2026 - In an effort to establish clean, transparent, and service-oriented governance, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Udayana University has officially reinforced the implementation of the Integrity Zone (ZI). This strategic step reflects the faculty’s ongoing commitment to achieving the designations of a Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Zone (WBBM).

The strengthening of the Integrity Zone within the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Udayana University focuses on comprehensive transformation across six key areas of change. These six pillars are designed to ensure the establishment of a professional, accountable work system free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism.

The first area, Change Management, emphasizes the development of mindset and work culture among all staff members. Through this approach, every individual within the faculty is encouraged to prioritize integrity, professionalism, and a strong service-oriented spirit in carrying out their duties.


In the area of Organizational Governance Improvement, the faculty has undertaken the systematic development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), alongside optimizing the use of information technology through e-government systems. These efforts aim to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of services while minimizing potential irregularities.

Regarding Human Resource Management Reform, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Udayana University underscores the importance of transparency in internal transfers, performance-based competency development, and consistent enforcement of employee discipline.
