Towards an Informative and Competitive Website, FVM Udayana Conducts PPID Data Update Coordination Meeting
Denpasar, June 9, 2026 – The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University (FVM Udayana), continues to demonstrate its commitment to enhancing the quality of public information services by holding a coordination meeting on updating the Public Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) data on the faculty’s official website. The meeting, which took place in the Meeting Room on the first floor of the FVM Udayana Building at the Sudirman Campus, was led directly by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning and attended by the Website Management Team and relevant staff members.
The meeting aimed to ensure that all information available on the FVM Udayana website remains up-to-date, easily accessible, and capable of meeting the needs of both the academic community and the general public. Various important aspects were discussed, ranging from the optimization of public service features to strengthening information governance that is more responsive and transparent.
One of the main focuses of the discussion was the provision of a contact person that can be reached by the public, as well as the enhancement of the website’s suggestion and complaint submission features. To ensure prompt and effective service, FVM Udayana has also assigned dedicated personnel responsible for following up on every complaint received, with a maximum response time target of two working days.
In addition, the meeting highlighted preparations for an upcoming website evaluation and competition organized by Udayana University. To enrich publication content, a shared storage link will be created to enable students to submit news articles and information about their activities. This initiative is expected to increase student participation in supporting the publication of various achievements and faculty activities through the official FVM Udayana website and social media platforms.
The data updating efforts also include the management of PPID documents, the addition of access to the Sipanlapor service, and the enhancement of student achievement publications. FVM Udayana encourages all students to actively report their academic and non-academic accomplishments through the SPILL Prestasi program, allowing these achievements to be properly documented and publicized more widely.
In the area of human resources, several strategic measures were discussed, including updating faculty profiles with information such as names, photographs, employee identification numbers (NIP), national lecturer identification numbers (NIDN), and laboratory affiliations. Furthermore, an organizational structure displaying profiles of faculty leaders, study programs, laboratories, and administrative staff will be developed in a more informative and engaging manner. The refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and official letter templates also forms part of the update agenda to support improved administrative governance.
As a follow-up, FVM Udayana will conduct further monitoring of the progress of PPID data updates on the website in the near future. Through these initiatives, FVM Udayana aims to provide increasingly transparent, accountable, and responsive public information services while strengthening its image as a faculty that adapts to the evolving information needs of the digital era.
