The Day of The Outstanding Veterinary Students Selection Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Udayana University 2023 (PILMAVET)
On Sunday, March 26 2023, the Student Executive Board (SEB) of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FVM) Udayana University held a 2nd selection, namely a presentations regarding posters of creative ideas that had been made for the Veterinary Achievement Student Selection which was held in the Session on the 1st floor of the Udayana University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Building. The Outstanding Veterinary Students Selection (PILMAVET) 2nd selection activity starts at 09.00 WITA until it's finished. The PILMAVET 2023 activity is sponsored by Sunset Vet Bali, Bersatu Jaya Vet, Vet Library, Bekasi City Vet Pandu, and IKAYANA.
In today's second selection activity, guided by Grace Febiola Sinambela as the master of ceremony, the event was opened with an opening from the MC, followed by a prayer led by Rai Laras Anandita Santi as the committee from the consumption and spiritual side, then the audience sang Indonesia Raya song and Mars FVM led by Ni Kadek Dea Purnami as the organizer of the event section. The event continued with remarks and reports from the head of the committee by Verrenne Vanessa Dharmawan, followed by remarks from the Head of SEB, and
remarks from Dr. drh. I Wayan Sudira, M.Sc. (As WD 3), as well as officially opening the second selection event.
Panitia menghadirkan ketiga juri yang berasal dari Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan Universitas Udayana Drh. Putu Henry Waesa Sudipa, M.Si., Drh. I Made Kardena MVS., Drh. Romy Muhammad Dary Mufa, M.Si. beserta Dr. drh. I Wayan Sudira, M.Si. (Selaku WD 3), Ketua SEB, Wakil Ketua SEB, dan pengawas DPM, LPM Suara Satwa.
In the second selection, each participant will be given 25 minutes of presentation time, with the first 15 minutes being the participant's presentation and followed by a 10-minute question and answer session. Participants are called in turn to make presentations according to a predetermined sequence number. Assessment by the judge is carried out directly to determine the Big 3.
"For the second selection, it's safe and secure, it's just that the seat was a bit too narrow for me, for the others it's safe, they were also given food and drink too," said Giovani Owen Girsang, one of the participants who went on to the second selection and also as winner of 3rd place in the PILMAVET 2023 activity. Of course this veterinary achievement student selection activity will continue to be facilitated by the Student Executive Board and the Udayana University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in order to send the best veterinary students to university level/
"Of course, as the Head of SEB said, we will continue to help anyone who will be elected to university. However, in my opinion, the top five who have passed are already champions and have good potential," concluded Deputy Dean 3 of FVM Unud in his remarks which are given.
