Prepare for an ASEAN-level workshop. The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine will engage cooperation with PT. Elanco Animal Health Indonesia.

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine received a visit from PT. Elanco Animal Health Indonesia on Friday (17/02/2023) in the courtroom on the 1st floor of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University. This visit was in the framework of exploring cooperation in the field of veterinary medicine. Present on this occasion the Dean, Prof. Dr. drh. I Nyoman Suartha, M.Si, Vice Dean for Academic and Planning Affairs, Dr. drh. I Gusti Ngurah Sudisma, M.Si, Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation, Dr. drh. I Wayan Sudira, MP, Coordinator of Information and Cooperation Management Unit, drh. I Wayan Nico Fajar Gunawan, M.Sc, and Vice Head of Foreign Cooperation, drh. I Made Kardena, MVS, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University. Meanwhile from PT. Elanco was represented by Drh. Maria Magdalena Widya Permatasari and Bagus Wiendra Winay as product & technical from PT Sumber Bina Makmur Authorized Distributor of Hill's Pet Nutrition and Elanco Animal Health Indonesia.


  


Exploring this collaboration in preparation for workshop activities in the field of animal health at the ASEAN level which is planned to be held in early June 2023. The workshop activities will later invite veterinarians in the ASEAN Region to come to Bali who will later conduct a visitation to the University's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Udayana. The workshop is planned to be held at the Udayana University FVM Laboratory. So that later the Lecturers and Students of FVM Unud can follow it. It is hoped that with this workshop activity the FVM Unud community will have experience at international level workshops.

  


  PT. Elanco Animal Health Indonesia is a company engaged in animal health (poultry, ruminantia, companion animal, & aquatic) located in Alamanda Tower, TB. Simatupang, South Jakarta. "This collaborative activity is expected to go well and be mutually beneficial for both parties," said Dr. Sudira in his speech. It is hoped that before the workshop starts the MoU and MoA can be completed first so that this collaboration can take place further.
