PKKMB FVM UNUD Preparatory Meeting 2022


In the context of implementing the Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University in 2022 which will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, August 10 and 11, 2022. The Committee for the Introduction of Life to the New Student Dictionary (PKKMB) FVM UNUD held an inaugural meeting for the preparation of activities. This meeting was held on Monday 18 July 2022 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in the FVM UNUD meeting room on the 1st floor. The meeting was attended by the committee and the Dean (Dean, Vice Dean for Academics and Planning, and Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation).

The meeting was opened by the chairman of the committee, namely drh. I Wayan Sukernayasa, S.KH., M.Si. The chairman of the committee explained the duties of each group, and the arrangement of the PKKMB program. The composition of the committee consists of chairman, vice chairman, secretary and treasurer, as well as 6 sections consisting of event section, secretarial section, equipment section, consumption section, spirituality and health section, monitoring/evaluation section, publication/documentation section. The PKKMB FVM UNUD 2022 committee is a collaboration between Lecturers, Education Personnel and Students. The PKKMB FVM UNUD activity in 2022 will be held at the UNUD Student Center Building which is located on Jalan Dr. Goris-Sudirman Denpasar. The PKKMB FVM UNUD 2022 event is scheduled to be held from 07:00 WIB to 17:00 WIB.

 


At this meeting the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning, Dr. dr. I Gst Ngrh Sudisma, M.Si gave directions that PKKMB activities in 2022 must be carried out in accordance with PKKMB guidelines from Dikti and guidelines from Udayana University. He also gave directions that the PKKMB must be carried out properly, free from hazing elements and conveyed that there should be monitoring and evaluation for both activities, participants and committees. Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation Dr.drh. I Wayan Sudira, M.Si gave directions so that the PKKMB FVM UNUD 2022 activities are carried out properly and on time without any other activities outside the PKKMB 2022 guidelines. The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. I Nyoman Suartha, M.Si added that the PKKMB FVM UNUD 2022 activity should be used as an event to increase the students' love for the alma mater until they graduate. In addition, he also emphasized that the 2022 PKKMB is free from all kinds of actions that can cause problems.
