One Forum, Multiple Agendas: FKH Unud Strengthens Coordination on Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, and Accreditation Preparation

Denpasar — The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University (FVM Unud) held its Jumat Minum The (JMT) on Friday, August 14, 2026, at the FVM Unud Building, Sudirman Campus. The meeting served as a coordination forum to discuss several agendas related to infrastructure readiness, quality assurance, professional education activities, and the fulfillment of accreditation documents.

One of the main topics discussed during the meeting was the condition and readiness of infrastructure at the Sudirman Campus. The discussion focused on the availability and needs of facilities supporting academic and administrative activities to ensure that faculty activities can be carried out effectively.

In addition, the UP3M discussed the documents required for the implementation of the Internal Quality Audit Evaluation (e-AMI). The fulfillment of these documents is an important part of the internal quality assurance process, as they provide an overview of the implementation and evaluation of activities within the faculty.

The meeting also addressed preparations for the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine activities in Sobangan. The preparations were aimed at ensuring that the requirements for the activities could be properly coordinated, including administrative readiness and other supporting aspects.

The meeting further discussed the completion of accreditation documents for the Master’s of Veterinary Science Study Program. The relevant team identified documents that had not yet been fulfilled and followed up by completing the required documentation. This effort is expected to support the program’s readiness for the accreditation process.

The JMT serves as an internal coordination forum for FVM Unud to align various needs and follow-up activities. Through joint discussions, each unit can identify work priorities and ensure that academic and administrative processes are carried out in accordance with applicable requirements.

The activity also aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education, particularly in supporting improvements in the quality of higher education governance and implementation. Furthermore, strengthening the internal quality assurance system through e-AMI and preparing for accreditation also contributes to SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, particularly by promoting effective, accountable, and transparent institutional governance.

Through the JMT, FVM Unud continues to strengthen coordination across units in support of academic quality and faculty governance. The agendas discussed serve as part of the faculty’s ongoing efforts to ensure that various programs and activities are implemented in a well-planned manner and in accordance with established standards.
