Minutes of the Administrative Selection of Candidates for PEMIRA 2024 Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Udayana University

The second series of PEMIRA FVM Unud event, the administrative selection of candidate candidates for the 2024 PEMIRA, took place on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the Biostatistics Room, 2nd floor, FVM Jimbaran Campus. The event was conducted in-person and was attended by the entire 2024 PEMIRA Commission, Senate leadership, Steering Committee, 2024 PEMIRA Candidate Candidates, and Class Representatives.

The selection event was hosted by the Master of Ceremony (MC), Komang Rika Utami Darmayanthi Pande, and commenced with a prayer led by Made Cahya Puspitasari. This was followed by singing the national anthem "Indonesia Raya" and the "Mars FVM" led by conductor Khansa Zharifah. The event proceeded with the MC reading the regulations.

The verification of the required forms for the candidate for President of BEM, Alvian Cahya Ramadhan and Made Sandy Widhi Raharja, and the candidate for Vice President, Ni Putu Premasuari Putri Maha Devi and Bendesa Dwi Kartika Ganggeswara, was overseen by Amira Inas Wibowo, the Chair of the Commission, and Icci Aulia Fitri Azhani Djoerani, the Commission Secretary. The event continued with the reading of the minutes by the Chair of the 2024 PEMIRA Commission and the signing of the minutes by the Vice President of the BEM, Lefira, and the General Manager of LPM Suara Satwa, Nadhira Bunga Intan, followed by the President of DPM, Dewa Akbar Maulana. Subsequently, the drawing of numbers for the candidates for President and Vice President of the FVM BEM was carried out, followed by the signing of the minutes by the candidate pairs.

 

 The event proceeded with the verification of the required forms for the candidate for General Manager of LPM Suara Satwa, I Ketut Gde Lanang Ari Setiawan, and Made Baruna Yuwana Negara by the Commission Chair and Commission Secretary. This was followed by the reading and signing of the minutes by the BEM Vice President, Lefira, the General Manager of LPM Suara Satwa, Nadhira Bunga Intan, and the President of DPM, Dewa Akbar Maulana. Subsequently, the drawing of numbers for the candidates for General Manager of LPM Suara Satwa was carried out, followed by the reading and signing of the minutes by the prospective candidates for General Manager of LPM Suara Satwa.

After the verification of requirements and the drawing of numbers was completed, the event continued with the reading of the minutes by the Chair of the 2024 FVM PEMIRA Commission, and the signing of the minutes by the three Senate leaders: Nadhira Bunga Intan as the General Manager of LPM Suara Satwa, Lefira as the Vice President of BEM, and Dewa Akbar Maulana as the President of DPM FVM Unud. The event then proceeded with the reading of campaign rules and a Q&A session. After the Q&A session concluded, the event was closed, culminating in a documentation session.
