Magenta Festival FVM UNUD ““Celebrate Unity, Embrace Cultural Diversity”

The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine once again organized the Festival Magenta (Festma) on this occasion in cooperated with the Entrepreneurship Division of the Student Executive Board. The event took place at the Dean Building of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University in Jimbaran, Indonesia, from Saturday, June 3, to Sunday, June 4, 2023. "Celebrate Unity, Embrace Cultural Diversity" is the focus of the Festival Magenta (Festma) 2023 events. A Band Competition and Minat Profesi Festival are being held on the first day of the Festival Magenta (Festma) 2023.

Sri Astuti and Manogar Hutasoit served as Masters of Ceremony during the Festival Magenta 2023. Started at 15.00 WITA, the Open Gate was followed by the registration of the invited guests, participants, minat profesi stand guards, and Festival Magenta (Festma) 2023 visitors.

The visitors went through a security screening before entering the Festival Magenta (Festma) 2023.

The event continued with a report from Alvian Cahya Ramadhan as chairman of the committee, the chairman of the student executive board, and the supervisor lecturer for the Magenta Festival (Festma) 2023.

It is hoped that the Festival Magentra (Festma) 2023 events will continue to grow and become a forum for all veterinary students especially from Udayana University to compete in terms of creativity.

"On this evening, I am very happy to be able to attend the Festival Magenta (Festma) 2023 events and the enthusiasm of the whole committee, which I appreciate, since the event has run smoothly until today. I especially want to say to Alvian Rama as the head of the event at the Festival Magenta (Festma) 2023, who has been extraordinary in preparing this event well”, said Dr. drh. I Wayan Sudira, M.Sc.

After that, The Festival Magenta (Festma) 2023 was followed by an introduction of the three best Minat Profesi Judges, namely drh. Romy Muhammad Dary Mufa, S.KH, M.Si., drh. Sri Kayati Widyastuti, M. Si., and Dr. drh. I Wayan Sudira, M.Si. The participants of the best Minpro Festival were Minat Profesi Turtle Guard, Minat Profesi Pet Learning Organization (P-LO), Minat Profesi Veterinary Science (Vesica), Minat Profesi Rothschildi, Minat Profesi Suluh, and Minpro Veterinary Holic (Vetholic) and each had a 20-minute period. After that, the Master of Ceremony announced the sponsorship and media partners who promoted and funded the Festival Magenta (Festma) 2023 activities.

The Band Competition Judges, namely drh. Romy Muhammad Dary Mufa, S. KH, M.Si. and Roger Narendra Wardana, were introduced before the bands performed in the order of Beng Band, Thinker Band, and 7 CC Band for a total of 55 minutes. Following the performances, the Band Competition Judges provided commentary. The event then proceeded with the recognition of the sponsors and media partners who supported and funded the Festival Magenta (Festma) 2023 events.

The Festival Magenta (Festma) 2023 events will not be able to run properly without the support from Muds Rental, Smartfren, Zoetis, Jurnal Veteriner, Es Teh, Stay Humble, Bakso Renon, Indonesia Mediscus Veterinus, Anom Vet Clinic, Puji Vet Care and Grooming, Namijaya, Bersatu Jaya Vet, and Ikayana.
