Jumat Minum Teh : FVM Udayana Conducts Asset Inventory Assessment and Strengthens Coordination to Optimize IKU Achievement and Quarterly Targets

Denpasar, June 5, 2026 – The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FVM), Udayana University, held its regular Jumat Minum Teh (JMT), which was filled with an asset inventory assessment activity conducted throughout the FKH Building at the Sudirman Campus. This initiative forms part of the faculty’s efforts to establish orderly and accurate management of facilities and infrastructure while supporting the effectiveness of both academic and administrative operations.

The inventory assessment was carried out comprehensively on various assets and equipment located across the campus. The team recorded the quantity of items, identified their conditions, and mapped assets that remain suitable for use as well as those experiencing minor damage. The data collected will serve as a basis for future maintenance planning, procurement processes, and the optimization of faculty asset utilization.

Through this activity, FVM Udayana seeks to ensure that all supporting facilities are managed effectively to facilitate smooth services for the academic community. Furthermore, accurate inventory management is an important step in promoting accountability and efficiency in faculty asset administration.

On the same day, the leadership of FVM Udayana also conducted a coordination meeting with administrative staff, held in the Meeting Room on the first floor of the Sudirman Campus. The meeting served as a strategic forum to align perspectives, strengthen coordination, and evaluate ongoing work programs.

One of the main topics discussed during the meeting was the optimization of the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU's) and the fulfillment of quarterly performance targets. The leadership emphasized the importance of synergy and collaboration among all work units in supporting the achievement of established targets, covering administrative services, academic services, and institutional governance.

Through intensive coordination and more structured resource management, FVM Udayana hopes to enhance the effectiveness of program implementation while further improving institutional performance. The inventory assessment and coordination meeting reflect FVM Udayana’s ongoing commitment to fostering professional, accountable, and service-oriented faculty governance, ultimately contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality for the entire academic community.
