International Veterinary Students Association (IVSA) The class of 2023 is one of the activities overseen by the Student Executive Board (BEM) for Public Relations (PR) Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FKH) Udayana University (UNUD). The purpose of holding itIVSA Class this year is to increase the insight of the participants aboutIVSA Global, get to know more about management IVSA Global and increase participants' interest in management IVSA Class. HeIVSA Class this year is “Delve Deeper about IVSA through IVSA Class”. which means digging deeper into IVSA through IVSA Class.
IVSA Class This year it will be held for one day, namely Sunday, November 12 2023, online via Cisco Webex Meeting. The event began with an opening ceremony hosted byMaster of Ceremony, Grace Febiola Sinambela. The opening began with singing the song Indonesia Raya, prayer, report from the head of the activity IVSA Class 2023, Ni Made Maika Wife of Arya Arsana, and continued with remarks. The first speech was from the Chair of BEM, Alvin Limanto, then continued with remarks by the General Chair of PB IMAKAHI, Nadia Tasya Rosalia. The event then continued with remarks by the Deputy Dean III of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University, drh. I Wayan Sudira, M.Sc. As well as opening the eventIVSA Class 2023 symbolically. In his speech he told all participants to listen togetherIVSA Class to know more aboutIVSAwhich of course will be very useful for the FKH UNUD student participants, because as veterinarians you really need fellow veterinarians and through the activities held by IVSA you can increase your relationships.
The event then continued with the provision of the first material by Rizky Salsabila Heryanto as PR for the IMAKAHI Executive Board. The first presentation of material was moderated by NI sister Made Maika Istri Arya Arsana. The first material discusses what relationships areIVSAwith IMAKAHI. The first material presentation session lasted for 45 minutes, then continued with a discussion session for 15 minutes. The first material presentation session closed with the symbolic presentation of a Speaker's E-Certificate which was handed over by the head of the activity, Ni Made Maika Istri Arya Arsana, who was guided byMaster of Ceremony, Grace Febiola Sinambela. The next session continued withIce Breaking which lasted 15 minutes guided byMaster of Ceremony, Grace Febiola Sinambela.
Then the event continued with the provision of the second material. The second material discusses what activities areIVSA in general, how to become a Symposium delegate, administration and sharing information regarding delegate registration. This second material was presented by Arvin Wiratama as Representative for 71st IVSA Symposium Slovenia. This second material giving session was moderated by sister Ni Putu Amasya Chikita Rivanny, which lasted for 45 minutes. The next session was continued with a discussion session which lasted 15 minutes and the second material session closed with the symbolic presentation of an E-Speaker Certificate which was handed over by the head of the activity, Ni Made Maika Istri Arya Arsana, who was guided by the MC.IVSA Class 2023 closed with the reading of the assignment and continued with the closing byMaster of Ceremony, Grace Febiola Sinambela.
