FVM Udayana's Strengthens Inter-Unit Synergy to Support Student Achievement and Institutional Performance
Denpasar – The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University (FVM Unud), once again held its regular Jumat Minum Teh (JMT) on Friday (July 24, 2026). Conducted in both offline and online formats, the activity served as a coordination forum for various units to discuss strategic agendas aimed at enhancing faculty performance, particularly in the areas of student affairs, academic administration, planning, and information systems.
During the meeting, the Student Affairs Sub-Coordinator conducted an online session via Zoom to discuss strategies for improving student achievements. The discussion included an evaluation of completed accomplishments as well as ongoing student activities. These efforts are considered essential, as they directly contribute to the achievement of the Dean's Key Performance Indicators outlined in the Performance Agreement between the Dean of FVM Unud and the Rector.
Participants also discussed the required supporting documents for uploading student achievement data into the Simponi Padi system. The required documents include assignment letters for students and lecturers participating in competitions, certificates, documentation of certificate presentations, official statements from event organizers, and relevant publication links. In addition, participants were informed of a new requirement mandating an official statement from the organizing committee to be included during the data submission process.
The meeting also reviewed the implementation of the Rothchilidi National Seminar and the World Veterinary Day (WVD) celebration, both of which had recently been completed. Discussions covered the preparation of activity reports and the completion of financial accountability reports as requested by the finance division.
At the same time, the Academic Affairs Division conducted a separate online JMT session focusing on the preparation of Employee Performance Target descriptions and job descriptions for academic administrative staff. This activity was carried out as a follow-up to the university's assignment to develop more structured and standardized job descriptions aligned with institutional needs.
Meanwhile, the Planning and Information Systems Division continued the input process for the Budget Implementation Plan at the Meeting Room on the first floor of the FVM Unud Building, Sudirman Campus. This activity was part of the faculty's ongoing efforts to ensure that program planning and budget implementation proceed according to the established schedule.
Through the regular implementation of JMT, FVM Unud continues to strengthen inter-unit coordination in support of effective faculty governance. The synergy established through this routine forum not only contributes to improving student achievements, optimizing the performance of administrative staff, and achieving institutional performance targets, but also reflects the faculty's commitment to advancing the implementation of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education through the enhancement of academic services, institutional governance, and student achievement development.
