FVM Udayana Discusses the Revision of the 2026 Operational Activity Plan and Preparations for the 2027 Work Program Planning

Denpasar – The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FVM), Udayana University, held a meeting to discuss the revision of the 2026 Operational Activity Plan (POK) and the preparation of the 2027 work program and budget planning on Monday, July 6, 2026. The meeting took place in the Meeting Room on the First Floor of the FVM Udayana Building, Sudirman Campus.

The meeting was chaired by the faculty leadership and attended by heads of study programs, heads of supporting units, and administrative staff. It aimed to align the implementation of the faculty's work programs with institutional priorities while ensuring that planned activities are carried out effectively to support the achievement of the faculty's strategic goals.

In their opening remarks, the faculty leadership emphasized that the preparation of the 2027 work programs and budget should be carried out systematically and in accordance with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine's development priorities. Each study program and supporting unit was encouraged to begin preparing activity proposals as part of the Strategic Planning Meeting (Musrenbang) at the faculty level.

The meeting also discussed revisions to several work programs in the areas of academics, research, community service, student affairs, and facilities management. These adjustments are intended to ensure that the implementation of each program remains aligned with university policies and the faculty's development needs.

Regarding research and community service, the discussion focused on refining program schemes to support increased research productivity among academic staff and to strengthen the implementation of the university's three core missions of higher education. In the academic sector, participants discussed strengthening various academic activities to further enhance the academic atmosphere within the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

In the area of student affairs, the meeting highlighted the importance of supporting student achievement through both academic and extracurricular activities. Improving the quality of student services and learning support facilities was also identified as one of the priorities in creating a more conducive learning environment.

The meeting further addressed preparations for the 2027 Strategic Planning Meeting, which serves as the initial stage in developing the faculty's work programs and budget for the coming year. All academic and administrative units were encouraged to prepare comprehensive program proposals to ensure that future activities are implemented effectively and provide meaningful benefits for both the academic community and society.

Through this meeting, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University, reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening institutional governance, enhancing the implementation of the university's three core missions of higher education, and developing work programs that are responsive to the faculty's future development needs.
