Friday Tea Time : Strengthening the Togetherness of The Academic Community FVM Udayana University in the Spirit of the Integrity Zone
Bukit Jimbaran, January 23, 2026 — In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Udayana University (FVM UNUD) academic community launched a new tradition called " Friday Tea Time," initiated by the Educational Staff Team (Tendik). This inaugural event serves as a forum for informal communication that fosters togetherness, strengthens coordination, and fosters a clean, comfortable, and productive work environment.
This activity, which included light chats, weekly reflections on achievements, and brief evaluations, is part of the FVM UNUD Academic Community work program, which involves lecturers, students, and educational staff to build a collaborative and service-oriented faculty. “Through Friday Tea Time, we aim to create a relaxed space that encourages open communication and strengthens solidarity among staff, lecturers, and students. From simple things like this, hopefully, the spirit of mutual cooperation, concern for cleanliness, and a spirit of service can grow naturally," said Wayan Sukarta, the Administrative Coordinator of FVM UNUD.
The Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University, Dr. drh. I Gusti Ngurah Sudisma, M.Si, hopes that this activity will create a positive atmosphere as an initiative to build a good and comfortable working atmosphere for service. He emphasized that activities such as Friday Tea Time are in line with the spirit of the Integrity Zone (ZI) towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Area (WBBM). "The Integrity Zone is not only about systems and documents, but also about building communication and awareness among the Udayana University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine community. From a small space like this, great integrity grows," he said.
Friday Tea Time is not just about drinking together, but also a momentum to build communication, strengthen coordination, and strengthen the spirit of integrity within the FVM UNUD Academic Community. Through this activity, it is hoped to strengthen internal coordination, improve services, and sharpen the performance targets of each sector. " Friday Tea Time " symbolizes that building integrity and performance does not always have to be through formal forums, but also through a warm atmosphere of togetherness and a spirit of service. FVM UNUD is committed to making this activity part of a sustainable movement to strengthen the family among the FVM UNUD Academic Community, a harmonious work culture, and complete service.
