First Student Senate Meeting of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University - Coordination Between Senates to Optimize the Implementation of Work Programs.

The First Student Senate Meeting of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University in 2024 was conducted online through the Cisco Webex platform on (2/12), attended by the Dean of FKH Unud, core members of the Student Representative Council (DPM), Student Executive Board (BEM), and the Student Press Agency (LPM) Suara Satwa, the Semi-Autonomous Body (BSO), and all of activity heads in FKH Unud.

This senate meeting is an annual event organized by DPM FKH Unud at the beginning of each administrative year. It serves as a platform for coordination among senates in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University, determining dates, and enhancing the effectiveness of the senate and BSO work programs. "The First Student Senate Meeting aims to synchronize all activities within the Student Senate of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University," said Kadek Santiari, the Chair of DPM FKH Unud.

 

This meeting discusses the presentation of the implementation plan of each student senate and the BSO in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University, both internally and externally. It starts with the DPM, BEM, and LPM Suara Satwa. The presentation includes information about the elected activity heads, execution dates, and brief descriptions of the respective activities. 

Following that, it proceeded with a discussion session. This session focuses on the execution dates of activities each month, emphasizing agreement on activity dates to avoid overlapping with other events.

The First Student Senate Meeting of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine 2024 concluded with the reading of the Memorandum of Understanding for the Organization Management Training (DMO) in 2024, followed by the signing by the three senate chairs.

"With this First Senate Meeting, it is hoped that the institution can align all the schedules of activities within the student senate of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University, to ensure harmony and prevent conflicts in the timing of events," stated I Wayan Pande Yogi Wyasa, the activity head of the First Student Senate Meeting FKH Unud, in his address.
