First Coordination Meeting of the Information Management and Cooperation Unit of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University 2026

Denpasar– The Information Management Unit of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (IMU FVM FKH) of Udayana University held an online coordination meeting on Friday, February 20, 2026, in connection with the routine Jumat minum teh activities and the Corruption-Free Area Integrity Zone. This meeting was led by the UMI FVM Coordinator, drh. I Wayan Nico Fajar Gunawan, M.Si., and attended by the UMI team including the Cooperation team, the Information Management team, and the Exhibition team. The main agenda of the meeting was the introduction of the UMI organizational structure in 2026, including the appointment of a person in charge (PIC) for each activity.

In the meeting, it was conveyed that the head of domestic and international cooperation was still waiting for the issuance of the official decree. The head of Information Management was appointed to drh. Romy Muhammad Dary Mufa, M.Si., while the head of Exhibition was entrusted to drh. I Wayan Sukernayasa, M.Si. The technical team was also introduced, coordinated by Ni Luh Gede Purnasasih, S.E. as the Sub-coordinator of Academic and Planning, who oversees several areas, including Cooperation by I Putu Veri Yoga Pranata, A.Md., Web Management by Yan Rika Hasyuni, S.Kom., Archives by Dewa Ariesprabowo Awanda Putra, S. Kom., and Information Management by Gilang Bimasakti Andika, S.Si.

The discussion then continued on to the technical aspects of information management and collaboration throughout 2026. UMI Coordinator, Dr. Nico, emphasized the importance of paying special attention to meeting the Key Performance Indicators (KPI), which have changed this year. The meeting concluded with an explanation of the follow-up agenda to be discussed in the next coordination meeting, namely the refinement of the task decree and a more in-depth technical discussion regarding UMI management at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University.
