Evaluate Study Program Portrait, FVM Unud Held Field Internal Quality Audit Year 2023

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FVM) Unud held a field audit in the 2023 Internal Quality Audit (IQA) series at the Meeting Room, lt. 1 FVM, Denpasar on 25-26 September 2023. This field audit activity was attended by the Dean, Deputy Deans, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Coordinators and IQA Auditors. Present as Auditor, Prof. Dr. drh. Nyoman Sadra Dharmawan, MS (Lead Auditor). Prof. Dr. drh. Ida Bagus Komang Ardana, M.Kes and Dr. drh. I Gusti Ayu Agung Suartini, MS as auditor of the Master of Veterinary Science Study Program, Dr. drh. I Gede Soma, M.Kes (Lead Auditor) Prof. Dr. drh. Gusti Ayu Yuniati Kencana, MP, Dr. drh. Luh Gde Sri Surya Heryani, M.Biomed as auditor of the Veterinary Professional Study Program, Prof. Dr. drh. I Ketut Berata, M.Si (Lead Auditor), Dr. drh. Hapsari Mahatmi, MP, and Dr. drh. Ida Ayu Pasti Apsari, MP as auditor of the Veterinary Medicine Undergraduate Study Program.

 

The field audit activity was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. drh. I Nyoman Suartha, M.Si. Prof. Suartha told the auditors to audit as closely as possible to see a real portrait of FVM, "By knowing the real conditions, we can improve and improve the quality of FVM," said Prof. Suartha in his speech. The activity then continued with the presentation of the findings by the auditors to the auditee. The findings, both the completeness of data and documents, are confirmed by the auditees to the auditor.

 

This field audit activity is a continuation of the document audit activity which was carried out from 2-15 September 2023. The field audit at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine was carried out for 2 days, namely 25 and 26 September 2023, where the Field Audit for the Undergraduate and DVM Programs was carried out on the 25th. for Masters in Veterinary Medicine will be held on September 26 2023. By holding this IQA activity, it is hoped that it will be able to maintain quality at FVM Unud.
