A New Era, New Leaders: Vote Count Results of PEMIRA SM-FKH Unud 2025

On Wednesday, November 20, 2024, one of the key events of the Student Senate General Election of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University (PEMIRA SM-FKH Unud) 2025, namely the Vote Counting, held in Practicum Room 6, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Dean’s Building, Jimbaran Campus. The entire event was also broadcast live on YouTube via the Komisi Pemira FKH channel.

Previously, the event began with the voting process conducted from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Wita across three locations, the FKH Unud Dean’s Building of the Jimbaran Campus, the FKH Sudirman Campus, and the Veterinary Teaching Hospital (RSHP) of FKH Unud in Sesetan. The voting involved the academic community of FKH Unud, ranging from undergraduate (S-1) students to clinical practitioners in the FKH Unud. The system used voting booths, and students were required to sign in. Students were also mandated to present their identification cards, such as Student ID Cards (KTM) or profiles in IMISSU, to the commission, where they were marked with a voter number. This system was implemented to prevent students from voting more than once. As is customary in voting processes, blue ink was provided at the end of the process as a mark that students had cast their votes.

The main event, the Vote Counting session, began with a report from the Chairperson of the 2025 PEMIRA SM-FKH Unud 2025 Commission, Khansa Zharifah, followed by speech from each 2024 SM-FKH Chairpersons. The event was officially opened by the Sub-Coordinator for Student Affairs, Ni Luh Putu Ekanadi, S.E., M.M., representing the Dean of FKH Unud. After the live vote counting, the PEMIRA SM-FKH Unud 2025 Commission announced the final results as follows:

1. Candidate Pair 03 (Surya-Maika) received 244 votes equivalent to 58.37%,

2. Candidate Pair 01 (Adi-Bagus) received 133 votes equivalent to 31.82%,

3. Candidate Pair 02 (Viany-Rayka) received 41 votes equivalent to 9.81%.

These results were officially certified and documented in an official report signed by the Sub-Coordinator for Student Affairs, the Chairperson of the 2025 PEMIRA SM-FKH Commission, and each Chairpersons of the 2024 SM-FKH Unud. The event continued with a photo session featuring the elected candidates, all the candidates, and the attendees present in the room.

 

Thus, Candidate Pair 03 (Surya-Maika) was officially declared as the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of FKH Unud for the 2025 term. Congratulations to the elected candidates! May they successfully realize their vision and mission and bring pride to FKH Unud.
